    THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & INTEGRATIONS

    When you authorize SRND AI to connect to a third-party platform, we access information from that platform through its official APIs solely to provide our services to you. Platforms you may connect include:

    • Meta (Instagram & Facebook): profile and account details, content insights and metrics, and — with your authorization — the ability to publish posts to your connected accounts
    • TikTok: basic account information and, with your authorization, the ability to upload and publish content
    • Spotify & Apple Music: artist profile, catalog, and streaming/audience statistics
    • X (Twitter): account information and, with your authorization, the ability to publish posts
    • Analytics providers (e.g., Songstats): aggregated streaming, playlist, and audience metrics

    We use this data only to deliver the marketing, analytics, and scheduling features you request. Our use and transfer of information received from these platforms adheres to each platform's developer and platform terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use platform data for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings, which revokes our ongoing access.

    HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

    We use the information we collect to:

    • Provide and improve our AI-powered marketing services
    • Process payments and manage your account
    • Generate personalized marketing strategies
    • Communicate with you about our services
    • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

    MOBILE INFORMATION & SMS

    If you enable two-factor authentication, we collect your mobile phone number to send one-time passcodes and related account-security text messages. We do not sell or share mobile information, your phone number, or SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers used for SMS verification are used solely to deliver those messages and to secure your account. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.     DATA SECURITY

    We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

    YOUR RIGHTS & DATA RETENTION

    You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

    DATA DELETION

    You may request deletion of your personal data — including any data obtained from connected platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Spotify, or X — at any time. To do so, disconnect the relevant platform in your account settings, or email us at hello@srnd.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
