What SRND AI does. And does not.

The answers

The work

SRND AI is the operating system that runs every artist’s growth. One agent, SRND Agent, runs the whole operation: posts, pitches, ads, email, pages and fans, across 121 named actions, aimed at the numbers, inside rules the artist wrote.

Two engines run underneath it. The Rollout Engine plans and runs a release. The Ongoing Engine works the weeks between releases. Both answer to the same agent, and that agent holds one model of the artist: the numbers, the fans, the facts, the plan and the money, in one place.

From $20 a month. Every tier runs the whole machine; caps and volume rise with the price.

An action is one piece of work: a post, a pitch, a page, an ad, an email. 121 of them ship today, across seven families.

A rollout is a calendar of those actions, each with a date, a time and a state. Nothing on the board is a category. Every entry is a named action that either ran or did not.

Every action, by name

SRND Agent plans, drafts, researches, watches the numbers and runs the work, continuously and in real time. Nothing waits for a schedule, and nothing waits for the artist to sign in.

How much of that goes out unattended is the artist’s setting. Turned all the way up, SRND Agent publishes and messages without stopping to ask. Paid spend never goes that way, and every piece waits for one tap at the lowest setting.

Autonomy is a dial with three degrees: propose, act and report, act unattended. The dial starts at propose, and at full turn nothing waits.

The architecture is what makes the dial safe to turn all the way up. A lane the artist has not opened has no path to send in the code. SRND Agent picks its actions from a safety-scored menu it cannot add to. Every dollar of paid spend, not advertising alone, is sealed behind the artist’s approval by architecture, never by policy.

SRND Agent reads the public record on day one and files what it finds as the artist’s taste: the positioning, the themes, the aesthetic, and the voice down to the casing of the captions.

Every draft stays editable, and how much of it goes out unattended is the artist’s own setting.

No training and no fine tuning. The research is retrieved into memory, and memory is per artist.

The artist writes the rules, in their own words. Up to 25 of them, and every plan and every draft carries all of them. When one contradicts SRND AI’s own playbook, the artist’s rule wins.

Under that, SRND Agent picks from 121 named actions and has no way to add to the list. How much of that runs unattended is a dial with three degrees, and it starts at manual.

The rules go in before SRND Agent writes. The gate is a person saying yes, not a check on the copy.

Yes. A spoken call runs the same commands the typed chat runs, and speaking to SRND Agent moves the work rather than only answering a question.

One yes from a fan, and every release after it. A fan who saves this record keeps saving the next ones, including the ones the artist has not made yet.

A pre-save is a fan claiming a song before it is out. On Apple Music that save is real: the record lands in the fan’s library the second it drops, on a permission the fan granted by name.

Eighteen subscriptions and nine people, assembled by hand and paid for one by one across ten bands of work: the memory, the numbers, the fans, the pages, the plan, the work, the pitch, the money, the keys, and the second pass, which nobody does at all.

SRND AI carries all of it as one system. Signals reads the numbers, Fanbase knows the fans, smart links route and remember, Knowledge holds the plan, Outreach pitches to the curators, escrow holds the money, and the two engines do the work. One intelligence decides across all of it.

The system, surface by surface

The money

What the artist spends on ads goes to ads. No margin is taken on spend. The budget is set aside before a single ad runs, and the limits are enforced by the code rather than by a promise.

In practice today: SRND AI builds the ad campaign, sets the budget and holds the reserve, and the buy itself goes live the day Meta’s platform review clears. Everything up to the buy runs now, and the money rule does not change after it.

Money for a creator sits in escrow: collected before the work starts, released when the artist approves it, returned when the artist declines. A payout is never unfunded.

SRND Agent prices the offer from the views it expects, sends it, negotiates the reply, and then checks the post stayed up.

A token is the currency the thinking runs on, and one dollar buys up to ten thousand of them. The largest tiers trade a little of that rate for the deepest capacity. Tokens meter the intelligence, not access: every tier runs the same machine, and no paid tier is served a weaker model than the standard one.

Every tier carries a monthly token capacity, and a hot month can be topped up in the app. At zero, new agent work pauses. Approvals, the calendar and the ledger keep running, and the ledger itemizes every dollar and every token.

$20 for the Artist tier, with 200,000 tokens a month. Free carries 10,000. The ladder runs to 5,000,000 tokens at the top.

Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires it, and prices change only with 30 days notice. There is no lock in: the calendar exports to Google and Apple on any day.

Every tier, line by line

Setup and control

Nothing, to read the plan. Spotify and Apple Music carry the catalog and the listener numbers. Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and X carry publishing.

Connecting one is a permission granted at the platform itself, the same one-screen grant a phone app asks for. Disconnecting it in settings revokes ongoing access at that moment, with no email and no waiting period.

An account, the artist name, and the window the first release lands in. Day one research starts on the same event that sends the welcome email, and the dashboard opens when that research is done.

SRND Agent asks at most six questions, drawn from a bank of 48 areas, and never asks what the research already answered.

SRND AI is the operating system for artists, built around taste: one agent running the plan, the drafts, the pitches, the pages, the ads and the reporting, around the clock.

SRND AI does not sign anyone, does not make the record, and does not have the relationships. Everything around those three, SRND Agent runs.

Some products sell a cast of AI characters: a publicist, a social manager, an A&R, each hired separately and each briefed separately. The artist becomes the one thing connecting them, telling each one the story, carrying the answers between them, and reconciling the advice.

SRND AI is built the other way around. One agent holds one model of the artist: the numbers, the fans, the facts, the plan and the money, in one place. Tell SRND Agent a thing once and every plan, every draft and every pitch carries it. One ledger shows what ran, what moved and what it cost.

Twelve kinds of work, 121 named actions, one name answering for all of it.

The data

First-party by construction: SRND AI measures on the artist’s own pages, with ids the fan’s own browser mints. The IP address, the number that identifies a device on a network, is never stored, and no fan is ever recognised by their device.

Consent is recorded per channel and honoured per channel. A fan who says yes to email and no to messages gets email, and no messages. Every tracked email link is signed, so a link cannot be rewritten to point somewhere else.

Disconnecting a platform in settings revokes ongoing access immediately. A deletion request can be made at any time, by email to hello@srnd.ai with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Verified requests are processed and the associated data permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Access, correction and export are the same right.

The privacy policy in full

No. There is no training and no fine tuning anywhere in the system. Uploaded music is used to deliver the service, and the license granted in the terms is limited to exactly that.

What the system keeps is memory: facts about one artist, across nine categories. A fact that keeps proving true grows stronger. A fact that stops proving true fades on its own.

The limits

Two, named. Each line says what runs and where it stops.

AdsThe ad campaign is built, the budget is set and the reserve holds. The buy goes live when Meta’s platform review clears.
