Terms of service.

By accessing and using SRND AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

SRND AI is a marketing platform for recording artists and their teams. It builds a profile of your work and audience, plans and schedules releases and campaigns, connects to the streaming and social platforms you authorize, drafts and publishes content through those platforms' official APIs, and reports back on what happened. The service is software and strategy — it does not guarantee streams, followers, placements, revenue, or any other outcome, and nothing produced by the platform is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. We may add, change, or withdraw features as the product develops.

To use the service you must open an account and give us accurate information, keep it current, and keep your credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least [Minimum age] years old. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including anything done by anyone you give access to. If you open an account on behalf of a label, management company, or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means that organization. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The service is offered on subscription plans. Each plan includes an allowance of tokens — the unit the platform meters work in. Tokens are consumed as the manager does work for you, such as generating strategy, drafting content, running analysis, or holding a conversation, and different kinds of work consume different amounts. Your current balance and what has been spent are shown in your account.

• Plan allowances refresh on your billing cycle and do not carry over between cycles unless we state otherwise.
• Additional token packs may be purchased separately. Packs are consumed after your included allowance.
• Tokens and credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• When your balance is exhausted, metered features pause until the next cycle or until you add more. Access to your account and your data is not affected.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect as described at the point of change.

You retain all rights to your music and creative content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant SRND AI a limited license to use, analyze, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing marketing services.

The core of the service is an AI manager that does work for you. When you connect a platform and enable a feature that publishes, schedules, messages, or otherwise acts through it, you are appointing SRND AI as your limited agent for that purpose and authorizing it to act in your name and under your account, within the scope you set. That authorization lasts until you disconnect the platform or turn the feature off.

• It is automated. Content, schedules, targeting and recommendations are machine-generated and may be wrong, off-brand, or unsuitable. Generated output is not reviewed by a human before it is produced.
• You stay responsible. Anything published through your connected accounts is your content and your responsibility, as if you had posted it yourself. You are responsible for the rights, clearances, and disclosures it needs — including sponsorship and advertising disclosures.
• You keep control. You can review, approve, edit, pause, or delete the manager's work, and you can withdraw the authorization at any time by disconnecting the platform in your account settings.

You agree to review what the manager does on your behalf and to tell us promptly if something has been published that should not have been.

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload, generate, or publish content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
• publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, or content that impersonates another person or act
• break the rules of any connected platform, or attempt to artificially inflate streams, followers, plays, or engagement by any means
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or contact anyone in a way that breaches messaging or marketing law
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the platform or its security, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide
• resell, sublicense, or share your access with anyone outside your own team or organization

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or limit access, remove content, or disconnect a platform where we reasonably believe this clause has been broken or where a connected platform requires it.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

SRND AI offers an SMS program to deliver account-security messages. If you enable two-factor authentication and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from SRND AI. The program sends one-time passcodes for two-factor authentication when you sign in, along with related account notifications. This is the only opt-in method; we do not enroll numbers via text keyword.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity, such as each sign-in that requires verification.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message or disable two-factor authentication in your account settings. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us through our contact page.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile opt-in information, your phone number, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.

Our services let you connect third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, and X. When you connect a platform, you authorize SRND AI to access and, where applicable, publish content on your behalf through that platform's official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with them. We access and use platform data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time from your account settings. Cancelling ends future billing; fees already paid are handled under the payment terms above.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, if a connected platform or the law requires it, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. We may also discontinue the service as a whole, in which case we will give reasonable notice.

When the agreement ends, your right to use the service stops and we disconnect the platforms linked to your account. You may export or request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. The clauses that by their nature should survive — user content licences already granted, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

The materials on SRND AI's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. SRND AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

In no event shall SRND Technologies LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SRND AI's platform.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SRND Technologies LLC agree that the courts of [Venue for disputes] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief wherever necessary to protect its intellectual property. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Each version carries a version identifier, and every signature is recorded against the version that was in force when you gave it. When we publish a materially different version we will ask you to review and accept it before you continue using the service, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the current version.
