We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload music, or contact us for support. This may include:

• Music files and associated metadata
• Payment and billing information
• Marketing preferences and campaign data
• Usage data and platform interactions
• Information from third-party platforms you choose to connect (see below)

When you authorize SRND AI to connect to a third-party platform, we access information from that platform through its official APIs solely to provide our services to you. Platforms you may connect include:

• Meta (Instagram & Facebook): profile and account details, content insights and metrics, and, with your authorization, the ability to publish posts to your connected accounts
• TikTok: basic account information and, with your authorization, the ability to upload and publish content
• Spotify & Apple Music: artist profile, catalog, and streaming/audience statistics
• X (Twitter): account information and, with your authorization, the ability to publish posts
• Streaming analytics providers: aggregated streaming, playlist, and audience metrics

We use this data only to do the marketing, analytics and scheduling work you ask for. Our use and transfer of information received from these platforms adheres to each platform's developer and platform terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use platform data for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings, which revokes our ongoing access.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our AI-powered marketing services
• Process payments and manage your account
• Generate personalized marketing strategies
• Communicate with you about our services
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

We use a small number of companies to run the service, and they process your information on our behalf, under contract, only for the purpose we give them and not for their own. They fall into these categories:

• Payment processing, to take subscription payments and manage billing. Full card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure, where the application, its databases, and uploaded files run.
• Email and SMS delivery, to send account, transactional, and one-time-passcode messages.
• AI model providers, to generate the strategy, copy, and analysis the manager produces. Your content and account data may be sent to these providers to produce that output.
• Product analytics and error reporting, to see how the platform is used and to find and fix faults.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy. We do not sell your personal information.

If you enable two-factor authentication, we collect your mobile phone number to send one-time passcodes and related account-security text messages. We do not sell or share mobile information, your phone number, or SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers used for SMS verification are used solely to deliver those messages and to secure your account. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, including any data obtained from connected platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Spotify, or X. To do so, disconnect the relevant platform in your account settings, or email us at hello@srnd.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to run the platform and to understand how it is used:

• Essential, which keep you signed in, hold your place in flows such as signup, and protect against fraud and abuse. The service does not work without these.
• Preference, which remember choices such as your display settings.
• Analytics and diagnostics, which tell us which features are used and record errors so we can fix them.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the essential ones will stop you from signing in. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites, and we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no agreed standard for them.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Each version carries a version identifier, and your acceptance is recorded against the version that was in force when you gave it. When we make a material change we will ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using the service, and the date at the top of this page will change.
